Return & Exchange Policy

ForeverGlitz.com wants you to be a happy customer. We want you to be 100% completely satisfied with the jewelry that you receive from us. We do understand that you may not like your purchase for some reason.
You may return or exchange your jewelry within 60 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with it. The jewelry must be returned in its original condition for a refund or exchange.

1. For a return or exchange, please send a copy of your packing slip with your return item(s). It is very important to include your daytime phone number in case we need to contact you. In order to receive a refund or exchange, the jewelry must not show signs of damage, wear or alteration.

2. Please indicate the reason for your return on the package slip that was included with the original shipment of jewelry. Your feedback is very important to us!

3. Place the item(s) that you are returning or exchanging in a return box, including the pouch, any free gift, and a copy of the packing slip.

4. We do not require an RMA number for returns or exchanges.

5. The customer is responsible for the return postage, so please make sure that your package has the proper amount of postage. We recommend that you use The United States Postal Service, but the shipping carrier is your choice. Please use the following address to ship your returns or exchanges to:

6. Once your jewelry return is received, it will be processed within 5 business days. ForeverGlitz.com will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. A credit will be issued to your original method of payment within 10 business days of receiving your returned item(s). Once the adjustment has been made to your credit card account, you will receive an email confirming that transaction.

7. If your purchase entitled you to free shipping based on the total of your order, and your returns drop the total of your order below the threshold that allowed you to have free shipping, we will charge you for the shipping cost of the original order.

8. If your purchase entitled you to a free gift based on the total of your order, and your returns drop the total of your order below the free gift threshold, we ask that you return the gift. If you would like to keep the gift, we would charge you the value of the gift, which is stated on our free gift offer.

• All Items usually ship within 24-48 hours as long as the item(s) you purchased are in stock!

We offer USPS Priority FREE SHIPPING on all orders $75.00 and above being shipped within the United States. If your order does not meet the $75.00 limit, the cost is $6.95 for USPS Priority Shipping.

We offer USPS First Class FREE SHIPPING on all orders $75.00 and above being shipped to Canada. If your order does not meet the $75.00 limit, the cost is $6.95 for USPS First Class Shipping. ForeverGlitz.com offers USPS Priority for an additional $12.95 for faster shipping.

Our shipping fees do not include charges imposed by your country's Customs Agency. The recipient is fully responsible for any additional fees imposed by customs such as tariffs and duties.
